Upload Your Media
Start by uploading your photo or video. goFame supports various formats including:
- Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, HEIC (up to 50MB)
- Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI (up to 500MB)
Next, add your Location Title - this is the main subject or location of your content (e.g., "Parramatta, NSW" or "Sydney Opera House").
Optionally, add a Guide field to give the AI more specific direction. For example:
- Location Title: "Parramatta, NSW"
- Guide: "Pitt Street" → AI will focus on Pitt Street in Parramatta
- Guide: (left blank) → AI will generate general content about Parramatta
Review AI Suggestions
After uploading, our AI (powered by GPT-4) generates three options each for:
- Titles: Short, catchy headlines (max 100 characters)
- Captions: Engaging descriptions with interesting facts, optimized for social media (under 2200 characters for Instagram/TikTok compatibility)
This usually takes 5-10 seconds. Once ready, you'll see all the options and can select your favorites.
Choose your target platforms:
- 📘 Facebook (up to 63,206 characters)
- 📸 Instagram (up to 2,200 characters)
- 🎵 TikTok (up to 2,200 characters)
- 👻 Snapchat (up to 250 characters)
Select one or more platforms - you can post to all of them simultaneously!
Schedule & Post
Choose when to publish your content:
- Post Immediately: Your content will be published right away to all selected platforms
- Schedule for Later: Pick a specific date and time (timezone: Australia/Sydney)
Click "Schedule Post" and you're done! Your post is now queued for publishing.
Track Your Posts
After scheduling, you can:
- View all your posts in the My Posts dashboard
- Check the status of each platform (pending, posting, posted, failed)
- Access the Post History page to see detailed posting logs
- Repost the same content to different platforms or retry failed posts
The system runs a background scheduler every 30 seconds to process pending posts automatically.
